Active Ingredient: Dapoxetine

Indication: Ever-Long 60mg is a medication primarily used for the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE) in adult men. It contains dapoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that helps to delay ejaculation and improve control over ejaculation during sexual activity.

Mechanism of Action: Dapoxetine, the active ingredient in Ever-Long 60mg, works by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in the regulation of mood and ejaculation. By increasing serotonin levels in the synaptic cleft, dapoxetine enhances the inhibitory effects of serotonin on the ejaculatory reflex, leading to delayed ejaculation and improved ejaculatory control.

Dosage and Administration: Ever-Long 60mg should be taken orally, with a full glass of water, approximately 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. The recommended starting dose is 30mg, but this may be increased to 60mg if necessary, based on individual response and tolerability. Ever-Long should not be taken more than once per day.

Onset and Duration of Action: Ever-Long 60mg has a rapid onset of action, with effects typically observed within 1 to 2 hours after administration. The medication remains effective for up to 4 to 6 hours, providing ample time for sexual activity.

Contraindications: Ever-Long 60mg is contraindicated in individuals with a known hypersensitivity to dapoxetine or any component of the medication. It should not be used concurrently with other medications that affect serotonin levels, such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), or serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs). Patients with a history of significant cardiovascular disease, liver or kidney impairment, or psychiatric disorders should also avoid its use.

Adverse Reactions: Common adverse reactions associated with Ever-Long 60mg include nausea, headache, dizziness, diarrhea, insomnia, and dry mouth. Less common but more serious adverse reactions may include suicidal ideation, serotonin syndrome, and orthostatic hypotension.

Precautions: Patients should be advised to avoid alcohol consumption while taking Ever-Long, as it may potentiate the sedative effects of the medication and increase the risk of adverse reactions. Caution is also advised in patients with a history of bleeding disorders or seizures, as dapoxetine may increase the risk of bleeding or seizure activity.

Interactions: Ever-Long 60mg may interact with certain medications, including other SSRIs, MAOIs, SNRIs, tricyclic antidepressants, anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, and herbal supplements such as St. John's wort. Patients should inform their healthcare provider of all medications, supplements, and herbal products they are taking before starting Ever-Long therapy.

Storage: Ever-Long 60mg should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep the medication out of reach of children.
